The W600 TW-01 WiFi module is based on the W600 WiFi chip, which built-in 288 KB SRAM and 1MB Flash, wireless speed up to 150Mbps. The hardware interfaces and AT command compatible with the ESP-01. It can directly replace the ESP-01.
